What is Vital Kelp used for:
Kelp is a natural source of minerals, antioxidants, trace elements, and in particular, iodine. Iodine is essential for the healthy functioning of the thyroid gland, which regulates metabolism. A deficiency in iodine can result in an underactive thyroid, characterised by weight gain, as well as physical and mental lethargy.
Pharmacological Action:
- Provides iodine for thyroid gland support.
- May help to increase sluggish metabolism.
- May assist in weight loss support, as well as fighting fatigue.
How to use Vital Kelp tablets:
- Adults: 14 years and older.
- Take one tablet daily.
- Take with water after food.

Avoid if you have an allergy to iodine, fish, crustaceans or sulphur dioxide.
